We can track / trace shipments, upon demand, we advise once your cargo has been shipped on board the planned vessel, our estimated arrival times are approximate but arrive 99% on time and you are copied in with our handling agents, who prepare to clear / liase with you prior to arrival to ensure hassle free door / door services are offered at all times.

If required, we can advise where to purchase boxes for packaging.  For our groupage box (LCL) services, all items must be well packaged and it is advisable to secure your products well.  This is something which we can arrange for a small fee, i.e. shrinkwrapping items onto pallets.  This ensures minimal handling at depots and less risk of damage/pilferage.  Our gallery photos show some examples.
 

We have a weekly groupage service, sailing to the far east and other world ports. Goods once collected will be shipped within 7 - 10 days and not left in depots for weeks, or goods can be delivered into one of our Nationwide depots, subject to Health and Safety regulations.Ie. Drivers must sign in and have High Visibility jackets on at all times.

Our far east services sail weekly and transit times are 3 - 4 weeks dependant on port of discharge, add 1 week for local handling, clearance and door delivery, subject to customs clearance at destination port.

LCL (Less than Container Loads) is a term used when shipping item less than a container loads such as boxes, trunks and odd items. We charge LCL shipping per cubic metre.

We don't charge our customer by the box. We calculate our charge per cubic metre as this is more economical to our customer. We understand that some are more familiar with box shipping rather than using dimension, so as an example, in one cubic metre you can fit five 18"x18"x30" box plus you still have some space left for your smaller size box. Our Standard pallets are 1m x 1.2m x 0.833m high = 1m³ . Please use our online quote facilities by selecting "Dimension in Total" in the No of Packages Section. Don't forget to include the dimension in the box on the right.
